Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking?
Not to start the conversation but before we tour homes, we’ll want your lender to confirm a real budget so we’re not wasting your time on the wrong price range.
What if I'm using a VA loan?
I’m MRP and MVHC certified, so VA financing is part of my everyday work, appraisal timelines, funding fees, and seller-paid closing costs included.
Will you pressure me to make an offer fast?
No. My whole approach is low- to no-pressure. You’ll get my honest read on a property, and the decision stays yours.
